Once every six months I hear something that is so powerful and important that it is the only thing that makes the Friday Five.
It's no coincidence that the only other times I have done this involve the same 2 people talking.
Rich Roll and Zach Bush have found a chemistry that I can't stop listening to. This was at a special event and there were so many things in this talk that I had to stop the video, rewind, and write down things over and over.

There are about 20 different things that could be noted in this talk as "mind-blowing", but consider this one.
**In relation to how antibiotics destroy our microbiome
"1 course of antibiotics for a woman (example given was a UTI infection), will increase her risk of depression by 24% in the following 12 months (17% for anxiety and panic attacks)...a 2nd round of antibiotics in the same period goes to 54% increase of major depression (44% for anxiety and panic attacks)."
REAL-LIFE EXAMPLE: One of my best friends has a 6-year-old son that started losing his hair. They eat clean and make sure their kids do as well. It got so bad they had to shave his head and they took him to a couple doctors. They finally found one that could determine what was going on, through muscle testing, and it turns out he has GLYPHOSATE (the chemical in Round UP) poisoning. They live in the country and the GLYPHOSATE coming off of the fields that surround their house, is in their water table...BECAUSE GLYPHOSATE IS WATER SOLUBLE!!
We are literally bathing, drinking, and breathing in a chemical that was patented as an ANTIBIOTIC and is crushing our ability to fight off disease and infection.
