Week #2

For the first time since 2019, we need to make a price increase on our Weekly Farm Produce Boxes.

Starting the week of January 16th, our Mini, Base, and Full box prices will all increase incrementally to match the rising cost of expenses.  The new prices will be $35, $49, and $63.

We have always made the growers and producers our #1 priority at the Yellowbird Foodshed.  We have always known that in order for us to have food, these are the people that have to be taken care of.

No matter what you may hear on the national and world news, right here in Central Ohio we have NO food shortages because we are able to plan with our growers RIGHT NOW for the needs of our customers in 2023.

Thanks for always listening and making the growers your top priority when it comes to YOUR health, the health of the earth, and the health of our communities.

PS - I have written a longer letter spelling out the longer story of how we came to these decisions and the factors that are at play in the larger story of our Foodshed

You can link to it HERE

It all starts and ends with you...our members, our partners, our consumers.

This is your foodshed...Yellowbird's just living in it!
