Stone Wall Dairy supplies the raw grass-fed cow’s milk for Black Radish Creamery products, featured in our online store and located within the North Market in downtown Columbus. Lewis brings the cows up from the lower pasture up the hill to the barn in the evenings to be milked. One at a time, each cow is brought in to the barn to be milked and fed. Once all of the cows are milked, the calves and goats are fed. The cows follow the hillside back to the pasture afterward.
