Start to hum the tune to “Raindrops on Roses”...seriously…go ahead.
Ok…now insert these lyrics.
But-ter-nut squashes, and White Baked Po-ta-toes.
Yellow-ish onions, but no more to-ma-toes.
All of the apples that nature can bring…
These are a few of my fav-o-rite things.
Rainbows of radish-es, and green broc-o-lini.
All of the lettuce, but no more zucch-ini.
Spinach, and bok choy, and beets that have greens…
These are a few of my fav-o-rite things!
When the time turns,
When the temps drop,
When I’m feeling sad…
I simply remember that I am hAN-GRY,
And then I don’t feeeeelll, SO MAD.
You think Kroger or Aldi would write that song for you on a Tuesday afternoon?
Think again.
Go vote…with your fork.
Peas out,
Y to the B shed

We always make this “Donate A Box” available, but now more than ever it seems like good food is one of the most important things we can give to those that need.
Each Tuesday, we have a gal come by our warehouse and pick up all the donated food and take it out to our local food drives, pantries, and hot meal programs for use by those that need it most.
