ALL TRUCK PICK UP DAYS will have ALL BOXES so you can choose Wednesday, Friday or Saturday for truck pick up this week! YOUR BOX WILL BE THERE!    To recap: -WED 27th HOME DELIVERY = TUESDAY 26th HD -THURS 28th HOME DELIVERY = WEDNESDAY 27th HD -THURS 28th TRUCK PICKUP SCHEDULE = WEDNESDAY 27th -EVERY SINGLE TRUCK Pick-Up order (for the entire week) will be on the Wednesday truck.  (Meaning, if ANYONE that normally picks up on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday from the truck, wants their order BEFORE THANKSGIVING, you can pick it up on Wednesday.  You don’t need to email us, YOUR ORDER WILL BE ON THAT WEDNESDAY TRUCK) **Friday and Saturday truck routes will remain on the same schedule as always for those who don’t pick up their order on Wednesday ***Friday and Saturday Home Deliveries Will Stay the Same   That Wednesday pickup schedule will look like this… 1. Columbus College of Art & Design (CCAD) Parking Lot - 88 North Grant Ave. Columbus, OH 43215 (across the street from Hill's Market Downtown): 11:30am-1:00pm   2. Flannagan's - 6835 Caine Rd. Columbus, OH 43235: 1:30-3:00pm   3. Hill’s Worthington Parking Lot- 7860 Olentangy River Road Columbus, OH 43235: 3:30pm-5:00pm   4. First UU Lot- Pick up your food directly from our refrigerated Yellowbird truck! Enter off High Street. Behind Chipotle. GPS Directions: 4501 N. Rainbow Honey Glazed Carrots Adapted from Salty Side Dish   Need a beautiful, effortless side dish for your guests on Thursday? Search no more! This rainbow of veggie flavors will save you from turkey day exhaustion. And impress your family and friends, who already love you anyway.   INGREDIENTS 1-2 lbs rainbow carrots peeled and tops cut to 1″ 2 tablespoons butter melted 2 tablespoons honey (or sub maple syrup and reduce bake time) 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme sea salt and pepper INSTRUCTIONS Preheat oven to 375. Grease a baking pan or rimmed baking sheet and place carrots in a single layer. In a small bowl, add melted butter and honey. Mix well. Drizzle honey over colorful carrots. Sprinkle with garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Cover green tops loosely with foil to prevent them from burning.Bake carrots for a baking time of about 25 minutes, flipping kaleidoscope carrots over (tongs work great) halfway through. Serve with your Thanksgiving turkey and mashed potatoes. Enjoy the rainbow bounty!
