Creamy Swiss Chard Pasta

Swiss chard might be a beet without a beet, but it still has soul. These colorful, flavorful leaves and stalks will liven up any dinner! Kids love them, and the whole family will love this creamy pasta.
INGREDIENTS
1 lb swiss chard
1 tablespoon olive oil or coconut oil
2 garlic cloves, smashed
1⁄4 cup onion, chopped
2 large tomatoes, chopped, or use diced
1⁄2 cup sour cream or 1/2 cup plain yogurt
1⁄2 cup milk
1⁄4 cup parmesan cheese or shredded mozzarella
top with goat cheese chevre if desired
8 ounces fettucine pasta, cooked according to package
2 Chicken breasts, chopped into chunks and sauteed
INSTRUCTIONS
Wash swiss chard, cut into small pieces.
Heat oil in large 2 quart saucepan over medium high heat, 1 to 2 minutes.
Add swiss chard, garlic and onion; cooking 1 to 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from pan into bowl and saute chicken chunks until cooked through. Return veggies to pan.
Add tomatoes, sour cream, milk, parmesan cheese, cooked fettuccine, salt and pepper to taste; stir well.
